SAFETY FUNCTIONS

“Automatic shut-off”
If you have not pressed any timer button for several hours with the oven on, then it
will turn itself off automatically for safety reasons. When the oven has been turned off
in this way, it will beep to indicate the error and the symbol will start to flash.
To disable this automatic shut-off indication, turn the function selector to the “0”
position and the symbol will stop flashing.

“Childproof safety blocking device”
You can block the oven timer so that it cannot be manipulated by children.
To set the timer blocking mechanism:
Press in both the and the buttons simultaneously for a few seconds
until the symbol remains lit. The oven timer will be blocked.
If the cooking function selector was at the “0” position when the timer was blocked,
then it will not be possible to turn the oven on. If on the other hand the oven was
working at the time, you will be able to change the selected cooking function and
set the temperature but you will not be able to operate the timer.
To release the timer blocking mechanism:
Press in both the and the buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until
the symbol goes off. All of the timer functions will then be available again.
