De acuerdo con los datos obtenidos en una encuesta independiente, el <strong>Cedars</strong>-<strong>Sinai</strong> ha sido elegido<br />
nuevamente como la “norma de excelencia” en prestaciones médicas en el Sur de California. En esta<br />
encuesta, llevada a cabo por la National Research Corporation (NRC), se preguntó a los residentes de Los<br />
Angeles cuál era el hospital en el área urbana y suburbana de la ciudad que consideraban como el mejor en las<br />
categorías de calidad de servicio y prestigio. Los encuestados debían calificar los siguientes factores: Mejor<br />
Calidad en General, Mejor Imagen y Prestigio, Atención Más Personalizada, Mejores Médicos, Mejores<br />
Enfermeras/os, y el Hospital Preferido entre Todos.<br />
<strong>Cedars</strong>-<strong>Sinai</strong> ha recibido el Premio de Preferencia de los Consumidores de NRC (Consumer Choice Award)<br />
cada año desde que el premio fuera instituido. <strong>Cedars</strong>-<strong>Sinai</strong> obtuvo la máxima calificación en cada una de las<br />
seis categorías de la encuesta llevada a cabo en el área metropolitana de Los Angeles.<br />
La NRC es una compañía especializada en la evaluación y medición de resultados en el área de servicios<br />
médicos, y lleva a cabo encuestas anuales de calificación de hospitales en las principales ciudades de Estados<br />
Unidos. Las altas calificaciones recibidas de miles de individuos en Los Angeles, el Valle de San Gabriel y el<br />
