LAS SIETE PARTIDAS Las Siete partidas, o libro de las leyes, es el esfuerzo legislativo •más completo de la Edad Media. La iniciativa para dar unidad a las leyes de los reinos fué de San Fernando, y la realización, del rey sabio, en 125o. Hasta 1348 —en tiempos de Alfonso XI— no fué sancionado el código alfonsino.
