RESUMEN.<br />
El presente trabajo entrega una guía <strong>de</strong> refrigeración, realizada por una recopi<strong>la</strong>ción<br />
bibliográfica para ser utilizada en proyecto y en el mantenimiento <strong>de</strong> cámaras<br />
frigoríficas, se entregan antece<strong>de</strong>ntes <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> conge<strong>la</strong>ción, procesos, refrigerantes,<br />
componentes <strong>de</strong> un circuito <strong>de</strong> refrigeración, finalmente se entrega un programa<br />
computacional para ser utilizado en cuantificar <strong>la</strong>s necesida<strong>de</strong>s frigoríficas para un<br />
proyecto <strong>de</strong> cámaras <strong>de</strong> frió.<br />
SUMMARY.<br />
The present work gives a refrigeration gui<strong>de</strong>, carried out by a bibliographical<br />
summary to be used in project and in the maintenance of refrigerating cameras, they<br />
surren<strong>de</strong>r antece<strong>de</strong>nts from the freezing, processes, coo<strong>la</strong>nt, components of a<br />
refrigeration circuit, finally he/she surren<strong>de</strong>rs a software to be used in quantifying the<br />
refrigerating necessities for a project of cameras of he/she fried.
