The lists of contents which follow only indicate the legajos which are represented in the Hammond-Bloom film. They do not indicate the
sequence of legajos or documents on the film. The documents sometimes follow a numerical sequence and sometimes do not.
The lists refer to LBB List-Titles which can be found in Lansing B. Bloom's list of documents compiled at the time of the filming. There are two
copies of this list: one in Dr. Hammond's office and one in the Microfilm Room. It assigns a separate set of arbitrary numbers to the documents
filmed from the different sections of the archives. It should be noted that several individual documents and some legajos which are listed are
apparently not on the film. Within the list each section of the archive may appear in two or more places.
