[Says the Russian court is uneasy over the news of a Spanish voyage in the north Pacific to
regions of which they had not suspected that the Spaniards had knowledge, and tells of a tribe
near Kamchatka who might aid Spanish ships coming there, because of their persistent hostility to
the Russians].
