de aquella oficina, formada por el Visitador Gral... expresán dose en uno de ellos que las
Apelaciones de todos los casos de Real Hacienda (excepto los de comiso) se admitan solo
para la Superintendencia gral. de aquellas Provincias que reside en el Virrey, pasa á las
Reales manos de V. M. la respuesta original de el Fiscal, y conformandose con su
dictamen es de parecer de que V. M. se sirva de tener á bien se desabruebe lo dispuesto
en el asunto por el nominado visitador y que se mande observar lo que en cuarto á él se
halla establecido.
