the Audiencia of Mexico, Audiencia of Guadalajara, Comandante General of the
Provincias Internas, the archbishop of Mexico, the bishops of Puebla de los Angeles,
Valladolid, Mechoacan, Oajaca, Guadalajara, Yucatan, Durango, and Sonora, the
Provinciales and Guardianes of the Franciscans in Spain and New Spain.

V. M. manda se observen los Estatutos, formados por Fray Manuel de la Vega,
Comisario General de Indias de la Orden de S. Francisco...para el gobierno de las
quatro Custodias...no se embaraze su exercicio pr las personas que se expresan.
