De acordo com os indicadores observamos que os ATMs apresentam-se
como os de maior procura pelos utilizadores, com mais
de 197 mil operações, representando cerca de 73% das operações
globais neste canal, o que significa em termos de valor cerca de
66% (600 milhões de escudos) do valor global.
A nível de operações com movimentação de fundos foram efectuadas
mais de 191 mil operações, representando 71% do total de
transacções da rede, que em valor estimou-se em 904 milhões de
escudos. As operações sem movimentação de fundos rondaram
cerca de 29% do total, ou seja 77 mil operações.
A nível dos POS importa salientar, que tendo já 80 terminais
disponíveis no mercado, houve a captação/retenção de fundos na
ordem dos 21% do total transaccionado, cerca de 191 milhões de
escudos. Em comparação com a transferência de fundos via este
terminal que rondou os cerca de 12% mais de 112 milhões de escudos
do total da rede. Associado a estes estão as operações dos nossos
cartões em outros ATMs chegando a 135 milhões de escudos
do valor global.

Indicators show that users prefer ATMs. There were more than 197 thousand
operations, representing around 73% of overall operations on this channel, comprising
around 66% (600 million escudos) in overall value terms.
More than 191 thousand operations, representing 71% of total network transactions
involved fund movements, estimated, in value terms, at 904 million escudos.
Operations not involving funds movements accounted for around 29% of the total
i.e. 77 thousand operations.
On a POS level, reference should be made to the fact that, with 80 terminals
available in the market around 21% of total transactions, in the region of 191 million
escudos, were secured/retained. In comparison with the transfer of funds using
these terminals of around 12% more than 112 million of the network total. This
is associated with the use of our cards in other ATMs, accounting for an overall
amount of 135 million escudos.
