A nível das transferências internacionais emitidas durante o ano<br />
de 2010, continuou a predominância na emissão de pagamentos<br />
em Euros –mais de 87% do total das transacções. Em termos<br />
globais foram emitidos para o exterior de 1.074 transacções<br />
equivalendo aproximadamente 5.112 milhões de escudos. De salientar<br />
ainda que 99% das transacções foram efectuadas via o<br />
correspondente <strong>BAI</strong> Europa.<br />

Payment orders issued<br />
Euros continued to account for more than 87% of the total number of transactions<br />
in terms of the issue of international transfer orders in 20<strong>10.</strong> In global terms there<br />
were 1,074 transactions for around 5,112 million escudos for payment abroad. It<br />
should also be noted that 99% of transactions were made through our correspondent<br />
bank <strong>BAI</strong> Europa.<br />
No que diz respeito as transferências recebidas do exterior,<br />
destaque também na recepção dos fundos em Euros – mais de<br />
76% do total das transacções. Em termos globais foram recebidas<br />
do exterior de 369 transacções equivalendo aproximadamente<br />
4.643 milhões de escudos. De salientar ainda que 43%<br />
das referidas transacções foram recebidas via o correspondente<br />
<strong>BAI</strong> Europa e 39% pelo Commerzbank Frankfurt.<br />

More than 76% of total transfers received from abroad were in euros. In global<br />
terms 69 transactions for around 4,643 million escudos were received from<br />
abroad. Reference should also be made to the fact that 43% of the referred to<br />
transactions were received via our correspondent bank <strong>BAI</strong> Europa and 39% via<br />
Commerzbank Frankfurt.<br />
