Ingredientes:<br />
250 gr. <strong>de</strong> garbanzos<br />
(que te hayan sobrado <strong>de</strong> un cocido)<br />
1 cebolla<br />
½ tomate<br />
2 huevos<br />
Aceite<br />

Preparación:<br />
Picar la cebolla y el tomate, en una sartén sofreírlo,<br />
añadir los garbanzos y aplastarlos con un tenedor,<br />
sofreír y estrellar los huevos, remover hasta<br />
que éstos cuajen.<br />
Servir caliente.<br />
