HOJAS:<br />
Alternas <strong>de</strong> forma oblongolanceolares,<br />
cortamente pecioladas,<br />
con el ápice acuminado, la base<br />
cuneada y el bor<strong>de</strong> entero.<br />
FLOR:<br />
Actinomorfa, <strong>de</strong> color azul, sobre<br />
pedicelos muy cortos que forman<br />
racimos laxos.<br />
FRUTO:<br />
Cápsula.<br />
ASPECTOS ECOLÓGICOS:<br />
Las hojas frescas contienen compuestos<br />
que, colocadas por largo<br />
tiempo sobre la piel, producen<br />
ámpulas.<br />
FENOLOGÍA:<br />
