Sponsors and Patrons:
Sponsors: Those real or legally constituted
individuals who contribute a minimum of
1000 euros or 1,275 US dollars, which
would include registration.
First sponsor: Francisco Massó, given
that these conditions were adopted.
Patrons: Those who contribute a minimum
of 3000 euros or 3,810 US dollars;
their name or logotype would appear in all
publicity for the event, with the right to distribute
their own publicity in the event’s venues.
Includes three registrations.
Post-congress:
The conclusion of the event should be followed
by publication of the various presentations,
in print, CD or video, including the
contents of lectures, symposia, round tables
and abstracts of workshops and graphic
presentations.
This is justified because:
a) El Escorial is an emblematic, historically important town, famous throughout the world, with
good transportation connections to Madrid and it’s international airport.
b) The Euroforum Infantes building can lodge some 250 people, includes conference rooms
and adequate food service to cover the event. If more space or lodging is needed, there are
plenty of options, including a four-star hotel just 50 meters from the event headquarters, and
several three-star hotels also nearby. So all lodging is within easy walking distance of the
main venues.
c) The opening and closing ceremonies can be held in the new theater-auditorium located beside
the Euroforum Infantes.
That is, in the best of cases, if we achieved a participation level similar to that of Vilars sur Olon, Switzerland,
in 1985 (700 people), the town of El Escorial could host the congress.
