ABSTRACT
This paper aims to measure the level of knowledge management in a business
consultancy in the construction sector, and with this diagnosis to know the trend of
sector organizations towards the integration of strategies, culture, practices and
basic tools and, thus, contribute to the company a proposal for improvement which
will promote the development of innovation and creativity.
