Observación: En el municipio <strong>de</strong> Bucaramanga se encuentra la Planta <strong>de</strong> <strong>sacrificio</strong> Vijagual, que<br />
sacrifica en Clase I 400 bovinos y 45 porcinos. El resto <strong>de</strong> la actividad se efectúa fundamentalmente<br />
en Clase IV, lo que por sus volúmenes se ajusta al Decreto 1036 <strong>de</strong> 1991.<br />
