Los servicios de inteligencia ante el 1lUel'O siglo

En este artículo se afirma q ue las transformaciones registradas en los contextos nac ional e
internacional no só lo han mod ificado la age nda temática de los servicios de intelige ncia,
sino que tambi én está n cambiando la forma de hacer intel igencia. Esto en dos ámbitos
dis tintos. Uno. el plano analítico. transfo rmando métodos de tratamiento y an álisis de
informaci ón. Otro, en el plano político y social, mod ificando lo manera en que los organismos
de inteligenc ia se relacionan con: a) los responsables de lomar decisiones políticas: b)
insta ncias de represe ntaci ón c iudadana. co mo los parlamentos: y. e) la op ini ón p ública y la
sociedad misma . Es en este último plano donde, segú n el autor, los servicios de inteli gencia
están registrando el mayor ca mbio.
