DEL INSTITUTO DE ACADEMIAS DE ANDALUCÍA<br />
EL DÍA 7 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 1991 EN OSUNA (SEVILLA)<br />
En <strong>la</strong> vil<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> Osuna (Sevil<strong>la</strong>), siendo <strong>la</strong>s once horas <strong>de</strong>l día 7 <strong>de</strong> septiembre <strong>de</strong><br />
1991, se reúnen en <strong>la</strong> sa<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> sesiones <strong>de</strong> su Ilustre Aynntamiento los siguientes<br />
miembros <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Junta <strong>de</strong> Gobierno <strong>de</strong>l Instituto <strong>de</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>mias <strong>de</strong> Andalucía:<br />
Excmos. Sres. D. Fernando Muñoz Ferrer (Presi<strong>de</strong>nte), D. Antonio <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> Banda y<br />
Vargas (Vicepresi<strong>de</strong>nte 1. 2), D. José Ruiz Sánchez (Tesorero), D. Eduardo Roca<br />
Roca (Vocal Asesor Jurídico) y D. Joaquín Criado Costa (Secretario General).<br />
Excusa su asistencia el Excmo. Sr. D. Gonzalo Piédro<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> Angulo (Vicepresi=<br />
<strong>de</strong>nte 2. 2)<br />
Presi<strong>de</strong> el Dr. Muñoz Ferrer y actúa <strong>de</strong> Secretario el Dr. Criado Costa.<br />
Abierta <strong>la</strong> sesión, se tratan los siguientes puntos <strong>de</strong>l or<strong>de</strong>n <strong>de</strong>l día:<br />
Punto primero: "Lectura <strong>de</strong>l acta <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> sesión anterior y su aprobación si<br />
proce<strong>de</strong>".<br />
El Sr. Secretario da lectura al acta <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> reunión <strong>de</strong>l día 9 <strong>de</strong> marzo <strong>de</strong> 1991,<br />
que se aprueba por unanimidad.<br />
Punto segundo: "Informe <strong>de</strong>l Excmo. Sr. Presi<strong>de</strong>nte".<br />
Abarca los siguientes puntos concretos:<br />
1.—Felicitación al Dr. Roca Roca por haber sido elegido recientemente Presi<strong>de</strong>nte<br />
<strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> <strong>Real</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>mia <strong>de</strong> Jurispru<strong>de</strong>ncia y Legis<strong>la</strong>ción <strong>de</strong> Granada.<br />
El Sr. Roca agra<strong>de</strong>ce <strong>la</strong> felicitación.<br />
2.—Congreso Iberoamericano <strong>de</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>mias.<br />
Al fal<strong>la</strong>r todas <strong>la</strong>s previsiones económicas para <strong>la</strong> organización <strong>de</strong>l Congreso<br />
Iberoamericano <strong>de</strong> Aca<strong>de</strong>mias convocado en su día por este Instituto y ante <strong>la</strong><br />
renovación <strong>de</strong> cargos habida en <strong>la</strong> Comisaría General <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> EXPO'92, se acuerda<br />
por unanimidad proponer al Pleno <strong>la</strong> suspensión <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> convocatoria <strong>de</strong> dicho<br />
Congreso.
