Capítulo 1
Preliminares
complejos. La serie Hipergeométrica
1 + ab a(a + 1)b(b + 1)
x +
c c(c + 1) · 1 · 2 x2 + ...
(Note que si b = c y a = 1
se obtiene la serie geométrica).
Gauss Demostró:
”Toda ecuación anz n + an−1z n−1 + ...

reales e i 2 = −1.
z 2 + 1 = (z + i)(z − i)
Más generalmente:
z 2 + w 2 = (z + iw)(z − iw)
Si z = a ∈ R, entonces (para a = 0, b = 0)
1 a − ib
=
a + ib a2 ,
z = a − ib es el conjugado de z = a + ib
| z |= (a 2 + b 2 ) 1
2 es el valor absoluto de z.
Con las notaciones anteriores, tenemos:
Propiedades básicas son:
Re(z) = 1(z
+ z)
2
1
z
= z
| z | 2
Im(z) = 1 (z − z)
2i
Note además que Re(z) ≤| z | y Im(z) ≤| z |
Proposición 2 (Desigualdad Triangular)
Demostración.
, si z = 0
| z + w |≤| z | + | w |
| z + w | 2 = (z + w)(z + w)
= (z + w)(z + w)
= zz + zw + wz + ww
= | z | 2 +2Re(zw)+ | w | 2
≤ | z | 2 +2 | zw | + | w | 2
= | z | 2 +2 | z || w | + | w | 2
= (| z | + | w |) 2
Capítulo 2
Funciones de Variable Compleja
2) g(z) = z n , n entero positivo.
Calculamos el cuociente
g(z) − g(z0)
z − z0
= zn − z n o
z − z0
= z n−1 + z n−2 zo + ... + z n−1
o
Tomando el límite z → z0, obtenemos g ′ (z0) = nz n−1
o
3) Sea h(z) = z, Vamos a ver que no es derivable en z0 = 0. Queremos ver si
existe o no
z
lím
z→0 z
t
Para z ∈ R, z = t, tenemos lím = 1.
t→0 t
−it
Para z imaginario, z = it, tenemos límt→0 = −1.
it

f(z) =
∞
(−z) n
n=0
(3.1)
encontramos
2
∞ 2
f(z) =
3 {−2
1
(z −
3 2 )}n
n=0
∞
z = ±i. Luego su serie de Taylor
n=0
1
f(z) = f(0) + f ′ (0)z + f ′′ (0)z 2 + ...
= f ′ (0)z + f ′′ (0)z 2
Entonces g(z) = f(z)
z = f ′ (0) + f ′′ (0)z + ... es analítica en D.
g(z) = a con a ∈ C, entonces f(z) = az con a ∈ C. Pero |z0| = |f(z0)| = |a||z0|.
Así |a| = 1.
Por otra parte, supongamos que |f ′ (0)| = 1. Entonces como g(z) = f(z)
z
f ′ (0) + f ′′ (0)z + ..., tenemos que
|g(0)| = |f ′ (0)| = 1
f({z ∈ C : |z| = 1}) ⊆ {z ∈ C : |z| = 1}
Veamos, sea z tal que |z| = 1, entonces zz = 1 o z = 1
entonces
Solución:
Si tenemos
entonces
(−z) 2 = z 2
ln(−z 2 ) = ln(z 2 )
Si z = re iθ entonces z 2 = r 2 e 2iθ con −π ≤ θ ≤ π por lo cual ln(z 2 ) toma mas de
un valor. En general
ln(z 2 ) = ln(r 2 ) + 2iθ + 2kπi
(k ∈ Z). Por otra parte
luego
−z 2 = (−1)z 2 = e iπ r 2 e 2iθ = r 2 e 2θ+π
ln(−z 2 ) = ln(r 2 ) + (2θ + π)i + 2nπi = ln(r 2 ) + 2θi + (2n + 1)πi
