estrategicos, elaboración y ejecución de los presupuestos, realización de experimentos, evaluacion de 

propuestas de experimento, negociaciones con terceros, preparación de convenios internacionales,

• Desde 2006.Asesor de la Dirección General de Cooperación Internacional y Relaciones 

Institucionales del MICINN. Asesoramiento, informes, planes estrategicos, convenios, 

presupuestos, análisis, negociaciones, reuniones, evaluación de proyectos, etc. relacionado con el 

área de las técnicas neutrónicas, concretamente con los centros ISIS, ILL, ESS‐Bilbao, LLB y CRG’s

• Secretario de la Comisión Nacional de Usuarios de Técnicas Neutrónicas. Organo consultivo del
