CARACTERÍSTICAS LEY 1<strong>67</strong>44<br />
Todo trabajador <strong>de</strong>pendiente,<br />
tienen <strong>de</strong>recho a recibir <strong>de</strong><br />
inmediato las prestaciones <strong>de</strong><br />
esta Ley, incluso si sus<br />
empleadores no cotizaran en<br />
ningún organismo, en este<br />
caso el ISL otorgaría las<br />
prestaciones y luego actuaría<br />
respecto al empleador.<br />
El trabajador <strong>de</strong>pendiente<br />
está protegido cualquiera sea<br />
su caso.<br />
