Procedimien<strong>to</strong>:<br />
Hervir 11.36 litros de agua, apagar el fuego y agregar el extrac<strong>to</strong> revolviendo para<br />
mezclar. Volver a hervir. Hacer el primer agregado de lúpulo. Hervir 30 minu<strong>to</strong>s y<br />
agregar lúpulo Cascade y Willamette. Hervir otros 15 minu<strong>to</strong>s y hacer la última adición<br />
de Cascade<br />
Apagar el fuego y enfriar el recipiente en agua a 21.11ºC. Mezclar 9.47 litros de mos<strong>to</strong><br />
con 9.47 litros de agua en el fermentador. Revolver para airear durante 5 minu<strong>to</strong>s,<br />
añadir la levadura.<br />
Fermentación:<br />
La fermentación se inicia a 21.11ºC y el burbujeo comienza dentro de las 12 horas.<br />
Burbujeo fuerte durante 36 horas y luego disminuye. Después de 4 días, el burbujeo<br />
ceso completamente. Estuvo en el fermentador por un <strong>to</strong>tal de 2 semanas. Luego se lo<br />
traslada al balde de embotellado y se agrega ¾ taza de azúcar de maíz (hervida). Las<br />
botellas se dejan reposar por 2 semanas.<br />
Resultado:<br />
¡La cerveza es buena! Fuerte aroma y sabor a lúpulo. Tal vez un poco demasiado<br />
amarga. Moderar el lúpulo de amargor la próxima vez, o agregar más extrac<strong>to</strong> de malta<br />
ámbar para balancear la cerveza.<br />
