LibreOffice – Nivell avançat 5. Apareixerà la finestra Macros de LibreOffice Basic, on posarem un nom a la macro: en la nostra pràctica “realcar” (no permet la ç trencada). Es desarà a la carpeta Les meves macros. Finalment, clic a Desa. EXECUTAR MACROS Des del quadre de diàleg Eines / Macros / Executa una macro es poden executar les macros que hem creat. Però això és un procés molt lent. És molt millor i molt més ràpid assignar una combinació de tecles a la macro. Després només hem de prémer aquestes tecles per executar la macro. Per tal que les macros es puguin executar amb una combinació de tecles és necessari que la macro s’hagi desat a la biblioteca Les meves macros, com hem vist a la imatge anterior. Per assignar-li una combinació de tecles, una vegada desada la macro: 1. Anem al menú Eines / Personalitza / Teclat. 2. A Categoria despleguem Macros de LibreOffice. Després despleguem la carpeta User, a continuació la carpeta Standard i, finalment, seleccionarem Module 1. Al costat, a Funció apareixerà la llista de les nostres macros. Caldrà utilitzar les barres de desplaçament, perquè el lloc es una mica petit. 3. A Funció seleccionarem la macro a la qual volem assignar la combinació de tecles que l’activaran. En la nostra pràctica “realcar”. 4. A dalt, a Tecles de dreceres, cercarem una combinació que no estigui associada a cap altra i la seleccionarem. Per exemple, CTRL+T, si està lliure. 5. LibreOffice – Nivell avançat Després, quan treballem en el document i seleccionem un text, en prémer CTRL+T se li aplicarà el format. SUPRIMIR MACROS Per suprimir una macro, anem al menú Eines / Macros / Organitza les macros / LibreOffice Basic. Cerquem la macro a Les meves macros / Standard / Module1 i fem clic al botó Suprimeix.
