On the 19th of January
On the 19th of January, we
celebrated Marcelo’s Spínola
day, our patron saint. We went
with pre-school children to the
local chapel where a mass was
held in honor of Marcelo Spínola.
We sang the school’s anthem,
“Hombre de Fe” (Man of Faith)
that we’d been practicing. After
mass, we returned to school
where delicious chocolate and
Madeira biscuits were waiting
not only for the children but
for the teachers too. In the
afternoon, we had a fabulous
and amazing magic show,
where pre-school teachers
were the magicians with their
funny tricks (some of these tricks
didn’t work!), but we had lots of
fun and laughter. A lovely day!!!

Fem exercicis d’identificació de
la grafia en diferents paraules,
textos, rètols... i preparem
al nen per fer bé el traç i la
direccionalitat de les grafies
mitjançant diferents recursos
(primer en l’aire, al terra,
amb sorra, amb plastilina, a
la pissarra, amb murals... i
finalment en el paper).
Quan el nen ja és capaç de
discriminar el so, reconèixer
la grafia i fer el seu traç,
està capacitat per realitzar
associacions i començar a llegir.
A partir d’aquest moment iniciem
el treballar amb l’associació
d’imatge-paraula, lectura de
síl·labes, lectura de paraules
i, finalment, lectura de petites
frases.
