• • Proyecciones P. Posteroanterior : Ideal para estudiar la mineralización y el aumento de partes blandas. P. de Norgaard: sirve para detectar los cambios erosivos precoces. Es una proyección oblicua AP y ha sido descrita como p. del recoge-pelotas. Perfila la cara radial de las bases de las falanges proximales en la mano y el piramidal y pisiforme de la muñeca. Los cambios erosivos más tempranos en cualquier artropatía inflamatoria comienzan en estas áreas. Estos cambios erosivos ocurren entre el piramidal y el pisiforme antes de que ocurran alrededor de la estiloides cubital. La p. de Norgaard pondrá de manifiesto las subluxaciones reductibles de las artropatías inflamatorias y LES ya que los dedos no son colocados forzadamente por el técnico en esta proyección. Greenspan
