A la memòria del projecte justifica les obres per “La necesidad de permitir una conexión del tráfico de un extremo a otro del núcleo de Mancor de la Vall conectando las calles Biniarroi y la calle Montaura reduciendo sensiblemente el tráfico a lo largo de dichas calles ...”; a la descripció de les obres s’explica que aquestes consistiran bàsicament en un replanteig de la via i posteriorment l’eixermat, afirmat i delimitació d’aquesta (AMM.
