Scelta dell'Inverter
Choosing the inverter • Sélection du variateur • Auswahl des Umrichters • Selección del convertidor
Dimensionamento
I drive AFE200 vengono utilizzati normalmente
nelle applicazioni che richiedono una
rigenerazione dell’energia verso la rete di
alimentazione ma anche quando non c’è la
necessità di rigenerare e si vuole avere cosfi
unitario o bassa distorsione armonica THD
Pdc0 =
Esempio:
Poutm * ovldf
ηm * ηd
Poutm= 20kW (Potenza nominale motore)
ηm= 0,90 (Efficienza motore)
ηd=0,97 (Efficienza drive)
ovldf= 1,8 (Sovraccarico motore)
Pdc0 =
20,0 * 1,8
0,90 * 0,97
= 41,2 kW
Dal manuale AFE200 ricavo (taglia AFE200-
3220):
Verifica condizione di sovraccarico
Pdcafe = 28 kW
Pdcafe0 = 28 kW * 1.5 = 42 kW
Pdc0 < Pdcafe0 OK
Design
AFE200 drives are normally used in applications
that require the re-introduction of
power into the mains. They can also be used
when regeneration is not required, to achieve
unitary cos phi or low total harmonic distortion
values (which standard inverters do not
guarantee, even with a DC or line choke).
The size can be selected according to the
motor power output, also taking the overload
factor into account.
accurate calculations, please
The DC-Link input power is a function of the
output power on the motor shaft. Drive and
motor efficiency must be included, also taking
the overload factor into account.
Pdc0 =
Example:
Poutm * ovldf
ηm * ηd
Poutm= 20kW (Rated motor power)
ηm= 0.90 (Motor efficiency)
ηd=0.97 (Drive efficiency)
ovldf= 1,8 (Motor overload)
Pdc0 =
20.0 * 1.8
0.90 * 0.97
= 41.2kW
From the AFE200 user guide (size AFE200-
3220):
Checking of overload condition
Pdcafe = 28kW
Pdcafe0 = 28kW * 1.5 = 42 kW
Pdc0 < Pdcafe0 OK
