La zonificación que autoriza mayores d<strong>en</strong>sida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>en</strong><br />

corredores <strong>de</strong> transportes es es<strong>en</strong>cial <strong>para</strong><br />

g<strong>en</strong>erar recursos. Estudio <strong>en</strong> Vancouver <strong>en</strong>contró<br />

que <strong>de</strong>sarrollos inmobiliarios con mayor d<strong>en</strong>sidad<br />

multiplica <strong>en</strong> pelo m<strong>en</strong>os tres veces el increm<strong>en</strong>to<br />

<strong>de</strong>l valor <strong>de</strong>l suelo <strong>de</strong>rivado <strong>de</strong> la expansión <strong>de</strong> la<br />

infraestructura.<br />

El tiempo también es clave <strong>en</strong> los recursos<br />

g<strong>en</strong>erados - tanto <strong>en</strong> la implem<strong>en</strong>tación <strong>de</strong> cambios<br />
