El grupo <strong>de</strong> herpetología visitó) <strong>la</strong> localidad <strong>de</strong> San Isidro<br />
La Gringa, Oax., entre el 17 <strong>de</strong> febrero al 3 <strong>de</strong> marzo <strong>de</strong> 1995. Se<br />
recolectaron anfibios y reptiles, en <strong>la</strong>s zonas <strong>de</strong> bosque tropical<br />
perennifolio, acahuales, cultivos, áreas inundadas y ríos. Los<br />
recorridos se realizaron en el día, tar<strong>de</strong> y parte <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> noche, en<br />
diferentes direcciones, hacia <strong>la</strong>s montañas bajas y en <strong>la</strong> parte<br />
p<strong>la</strong>na <strong><strong>de</strong>l</strong> pob<strong>la</strong>do; capturandose 100 ejemp<strong>la</strong>res, que representan a<br />
27 especies, <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong>s cuales 9 son anfibios y 18 son reptiles; en <strong>la</strong><br />
tab<strong>la</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> página siguiente se <strong>de</strong>tal<strong>la</strong> lo capturado hasta el<br />
momento.
