Given its recessed sections it offers a range of options for a creative chef and gives the guest the possibility of tasting the same basic product in combination with different textures and flavours. I had no hesitation in choosing RAK Porcelain, all the more so they add new products to existing ranges each year giving me the opportunity to invent new dishes. In addition, for a restaurant such as ours whose cuisine includes both “flavours of the world” and those of the West Indies, AllSpice range’s forms and shapes also provide the ideal base for West Indian cuisine and offer our guests an additional touch of culinary exoticism.
