Sébastien Bontour Chef Restaurant La Cour des Lions Marrakech - MOROCCO EN Trained in the Pourcel brothers’ school of culinary arts I quickly learnt to appreciate the subtleties of French haute cuisine. In addition to becoming the basis of my own cuisine it taught me the importance of choosing the right tableware. Both impressed and fascinated by all of RAK Porcelain’s collections, I finally chose the Nano and Trio ranges for their fluid, well-balanced shapes. We have since adapted our cuisine to take best advantage of their qualities which in turn enhance the refined, creative aspects of our dishes.
