La temporada de acampada finaliza el 30 de octubre.
THE AYUNTAMIENTO ADDS SEVEN CAMP
SITE SPACES IN POZO NEGRO
In order to cover the entire demand of requested
spaces, the Beaches Council is creating another 7
spaces by general consent of all campers,
guaranteeing electricity, water and cleaning services
to close to 80 campers in Antigua.
Campers will have public toilets, showers, water and
electricity. Furthermore, during the summer, they will
have access to a public library and a recreational area
for football games, Canarian balls and a children and
family playground.
The camping season ends on 30 th October.

Das Amt für Strände schafft mit Einvernehmen aller
Camper 7 weitere Plätze, da eine große Nachfrage
besteht. Ungefähr 80 Campern von Antigua wird auf
diese Weise Licht, Wasser und ein Reinigungsdienst
gewährleistet.
Die Camper werden über öffentliche Bäder, Duschen,
Wasser und Licht verfügen. Dazu kommen im Sommer
eine öffentliche Bibliothek und eine Freizeit-Zone für
Fußballspiele, kanarische Boccia sowie Kinder- und
Familienspiele.
Die Camping-Saison endet am 30. Oktober.
ANTIGUA RELANZA LA AGENCIA DE
EMPLEO Y DESARROLLO LOCAL
El Ayuntamiento ha decidido reforzar la Agencia de
Empleo y Desarrollo Local dos técnicos que tramitan
la información necesaria para solicitar subvenciones
en el ámbito insular, regional, estatal o europeo, así
como actualizan una Bolsa de Empleo donde se recogen
las demandas y ofertas laborales del municipio, e
informan de los cursos de formación profesional para
empresarios, autónomos o desempleados.
La Agencia no sólo informa sobre trámites necesarios
para solicitar una subvención, sino que facilita
información de subvenciones publicadas en el marco
insular, regional, estatal o comunitarias, así como colabora
en la tramitación y petición de las mismas.
También autónomos y pymes del municipio podrán
informarse de los cursos de formación que se impartan
próximamente en Antigua, o en Fuerteventura.

The Ayuntamiento has decided to reinforce the

information about professional training for businesses,
self-employed or unemployed people is made available.
The Agency informs about formalities when applying
for subventions and gives information about
subventions that are available on island, regional,
National and European levels and assists with the
application process.
Self-employed people and small and medium size
businesses of the municipality will have access to
information about training courses that will soon be
available in Antigua and on the whole island.

ENTWICKLUNG
Die Gemeinde hat beschlossen, die Agentur für
Beschäftigung und örtliche Entwicklung zu stärken.
Zwei Techniker reichen die Informationen ein, die
notwendig sind, um Subventionen von der Insel, der
Region, dem Staat oder der EU zu bekommen, und
aktualisieren außerdem die Einstellungsbörse, wo
Arbeitsgesuche und Stellenangebote aus der
Gemeinde veröffentlicht werden. Außerdem
informieren sie die Bürger über Fortbildungskurse für
Unternehmer, Selbstständige und Arbeitslose.
Die Agentur informiert nicht nur darüber, wie man
eine Subvention beantragt, sondern auch über die
veröffentlichen Subventionen der Insel, der Region, des
Staates oder der EU und bietet Unterstützung bei der
Abwicklung der Formalitäten, um diese zu beantragen.
Auch Selbstständige und Kleinunternehmer der
Gemeinde können sich über die Fortbildungskurse
informieren, die demnächst in Antigua oder auf Fuerteventura
stattfinden werden.
EL TORNEO DE GOLF ‘ABIERTO DE
ANTIGUA’ CONSOLIDA SU PRESENCIA
EN LA ISLA
El VI Torneo de Golf ‘Abierto de Antigua’ se celebró
el pasado mes de junio en el Campo de Golf Club Fuerteventura.
Un ambiente fraternal y compañero, caracterizó
el ‘Abierto de Antigua’. Entre los premios se incluían
viajes para dos personas a Gran Canaria y El
Hierro, varios trofeos, placas, y el novedoso premio de
entregar un tonel de vino con los litros equivalentes al
peso del ganador.
Se inscribieron 90 golfistas, todos ellos federados y
originarios de Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote,
también de diferentes Comunidades autónomas
de la península, como Galicia y Madrid, y de diversas
nacionalidades como Alemania, Austria, Irlanda, y
Reino Unido.

THE ANTIGUA OPEN GOLF TOURNAMENT
CONSOLIDATES ITS PRESENCE ON THE
ISLAND
The 6th Antigua Open Gold Tournament took place
in June on Campo de Golf Club Fuerteventura. A fraternal
and friendly ambiance characterised the Antigua
Open. Prizes included trips to Gran Canaria and El
Hierro, various trophies, plaques, and a new prize that
consisted in a wine barrel filled with litres of wine
equivalent to the winners’ weight.
The 90 federated golfers who competed were from
Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote as well as
various Mainland autonomous Communities such as
Galicia and Madrid and various nationalities such as
German, Austrian, Irish and English.
DAS «OFFENE» GOLFTURNIER VON ANTI-
GUA GEWINNT AUF DER INSEL AN
BEDEUTUNG
Das VI. „offene Golfturnier von Antigua» fand im Juni
auf dem Golfplatz des Golfclubs Fuerteventura statt.
Das „Abierto de Antigua» zeichnete sich durch eine
brüderliche und kameradschaftliche Stimmung aus.
Zu den Preisen gehören Reisen für zwei Personen nach
Gran Canaria und El Hierro, verschiedene Trophäen,
Plaketten und der neuartige Preis, bei dem ein
Weinfass übergeben wird, dessen Gewicht dem
Körpergewicht des Siegers entspricht.
Es meldeten sich 90 organisierte Golfspieler aus
Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote sowie aus
verschiedenen autonomen Regionen Spaniens wie
Galizien und Madrid und aus verschiedenen Ländern
wie Deutschland, Osterreich, Irland und dem
Vereinigten Königreich an.
CABILDO Y AYUNTAMIENTO PROPICIAN
EL ARRAIGO DE MÁS DE 360 FRUTALES
EN PÁJARA
La campaña anual de reparto gratuito de frutales
para su plantación en explotaciones agrícolas y ganaderas
de la localidad ha sido todo un éxito.
Esta iniciativa, impulsada por la Concejalía de Agricultura,
Ganadería y Pesca del Ayuntamiento, en colaboración
con la Gestora Agropecuaria municipal y el
Cabildo Insular de Fuerteventura, propició el arraigo
en la localidad de más de 360 frutales.
Un total de 65 agricultores y/o ganaderos se beneficiaron
de esta campaña, que ofertaba olivos, perales,
higueras, higueras de La Gomera, granados, y
morales. En total, la demanda vecinal de olivos alcanzó
la cifra de 180, la de perales 30, la de higueras 95,
la de granados 32 y la de morales 33.

PLANT OVER 360 FRUIT TREES IN PÁJARA
The annual campaign of free distribution of fruit trees
to be planted in farms of the area has been a great
success.
This initiative promoted by the Agriculture, Livestock
and Fishing Council of the Ayuntamiento in
