As at December 31st 2008, <strong>PGNiG</strong> S.A. had foreign representative offices in Moscow (Russia),<br />
Brussels (Belgium), Kiev (Ukraine), Vysokoye (Belarus) and Sanaa (Yemen).<br />
The following branches and representative offices were established in 2008:<br />
• Representative office in Yemen – on January 22nd 2008,<br />
• Branch in Denmark – on January 29th 2008,<br />
• Lower Silesian Gas Trading Division in Wrocław – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Upper Silesian Gas Trading Division in Zabrze – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Carpathian Gas Trading Division in Tarnów – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Mazovian Gas Trading Division in Warsaw – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Pomeranian Gas Trading Division in Gdańsk – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Greater Poland Gas Trading Division in Poznań – on August 1st 2008,<br />
• Storage System Operator in Warsaw – on October 9th 2008,<br />
• Branch in Algeria – on December 2nd 2008.<br />
The Branch in Libya was established on December 5th 2007 to obtain the right to conduct exploratory<br />
work on the licence block no. 113 in Libya. The branch was closed down on June 25th 2008, after<br />
POGC – Libya B.V. signed the licence agreement.<br />
Pursuant to the decision of the Management Board of <strong>PGNiG</strong> S.A. of July 29th 2008, the Trading<br />
Division in Warsaw was closed on November 1st 2008.<br />
In 2008, there were no changes in the Company’s or the Group’s key management policies.<br />
