Light-emitting diode (on coin validator)<br />
The light-emitting diode (LED) 7 (see Fig. 1a) indicates, on <strong>the</strong> one hand, <strong>the</strong><br />
voltage state <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> battery if <strong>the</strong> return lever is pressed after a coin has been<br />
inserted (see section "Displaying battery voltage" in Chap. 8 "Maintenance<br />
and service").<br />
On <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r hand, <strong>the</strong> LED lights up when memory block 0 or 1 is switched<br />
active (see section "Selecting memory block" in Chap. 7 "Operation").<br />
