Safety of Zoledronic Acid Treatment • Zoledronic acid has a well-established safety profile and is generally well tolerated • The combination of adjuvant endocrine therapy and zoledronic acid was well tolerated – Side effects were as expected – Zoledronic acid therapy was not significantly associated with serious adverse events – No confirmed cases of ONJ – No renal toxicity 21
