Appendix 6 is purely operational data not published through AIS. It contains the vertical profile elements of the LoAs between adjacent ACCs.<br />

These restrictions shall be S (Soft) checked, and the Flight Plan will not be REJected even when there is no reference to the corresponding<br />

restriction in Field 15 however, in the future the output from IFPS will contain a WARNING message to the effect that the restriction has not<br />

been actioned in the Flight Plan. In this case it is the option of the filer to either include or exclude the restriction in the FUEL PLAN. If there is<br />

a requirement to “H” Hard check any restriction, then the corresponding restriction shall be transferred to the National <strong>RAD</strong> Annex.<br />
