To label the elements, every input and output can be
assigned a symbolic name which is prefixed to the IEC
address. (There are other methods which may be more
practical, depending on the situation.)
4.3.5 The User Program
The user program contains variable declarations and the
instructions required to control the machine or facility.
The way the user program actually runs in the controller is
defined by the runtime system and the PLC configuration
and task configuration settings.
Run CoDeSys to create the user program, then log on to
the PLC, transfer the program and store it in the
controller's RAM.
Only boot projects are permanently stored in the flash
EPROM.
