A scalable price and performance also means to only use the Ventura IPC
building blocks you really need for a given application.
Ventura IPC + is a variant with an integrated slot PLC. Actually, it consists of
two separate components built into the same housing and communicating
via a dual-port RAM. Although the slot PLC resides in the same housing, it
still has its own power supply and, to give extra safety to the system, the deterministic
control process is entirely independent from the "Ventura IPC
host PC".
