<strong>of</strong> the Entrepreneurial Leadership Center, increased our programming and involvement<br />

in student focused activities on campus and around the region.<br />

Here to Help<br />

In response to high unemployment in the region, Senator Richard Alloway hosted two<br />

events for aspiring entrepreneurs and job seekers, one in Franklin County and one in Adams<br />

County and actively sought SBDC participation. The events were supported and promoted<br />

by the local economic development corporations and PA Career Link centers.<br />

SBDC staff set up displays and provided information and resources to attendees during<br />

the six-hour events. The events attracted very large turnouts (the Franklin county event was
