Territories of the farms are polluted with agricultural waste. There are no utilities.<br />

There are no manure storage facilities, outdoor grounds and bases are not<br />

concrete. The farms are the source of biological and organic pollution to the M.<br />

Laba river.<br />

No enterprises or sources of industrial pollution of the M. Laba river within the<br />

SPZ were identified.<br />

Upstream of Kirovskij village the M. Laba river, within the SPZ, crosses the Psebaj<br />

state reserve with no sources of pollution.<br />

Water quality of the M. Laba river is characterized by the indices exhibited in<br />

Table 5.8. Sanitary and hygienic conditions are considered to be acceptable.<br />
