RATES<br />
$1.45 per word for 1-2 insertions; $1.35 per<br />
word for 3-5 insertions; $ 1.25 per word for 6-8<br />
insertions; $1.15 per word for 9-10 insertions<br />
(10 word minimum).<br />
PO Box numbers and hyphenated words count<br />
as two words. Street and telephone numbers<br />
count as one word. No charge for zip code or<br />
class numerals.<br />
It is standard for the first line or the lead words<br />
to be printed in capitals.<br />
Standard headings are: For Sale, Real Estate,<br />
Rentals, Travel, Wanted, Employment Oppor-<br />
tunities, Home Exchange, Personals, and Mis-<br />
cellaneous.<br />
Non-standard headings are $6 extra.<br />
DISPLAY CLASSIFIED<br />
RATES<br />
$85 per column inch for camera-ready<br />
copy (inch and 1/2 inch increments).<br />
The column width is 2-3/16". Copy can<br />
be sent as a mechanical, an Aldus<br />
Pagemaker file, or an EPS file (include<br />
typefaces and source files). Ad production<br />
by the art department will be billed<br />
at $40 per hour.<br />
Frequency discounts are as follows:<br />
3-5 insertions $80/column inch<br />
6-8 insertions $75<br />
9-10 insertions $70<br />
DEADLINES<br />
The insertion deadline is the 15th of the month<br />
two months prior to publication (i.e., January<br />
15th is the deadline for the March issue). Ad<br />
copy is due one week after the insertion deadline.<br />
Payment in full must accompany the insertion<br />
request. Please make checks payable to <strong>Cornell</strong><br />
Magazine, or charge your payment on VISA or<br />
MasterCard.<br />
