Our own master chefs, Smita Sehgal (PK Diamonds) and Jodi Fierstein (2B), are offering a Just
Desserts or Not Just Desserts cooking class for up to four students in either your home or at
Columbia Grammar and Prep. The children will select their cooking project and prepare it on
a mutually agreeable date and time. Ideal for students in grades Pre-K to 4.

610 Child’s Play
It’s a play date! Two children will enjoy lunch and an afternoon of fun at the activity of their
choice with CGPS teachers Denise Roeder (KA) and Zoe Ziff (KA). Whether they choose a day
at the Central Park Zoo, the Carousel, the Little Shop of Crafts, The Children’s Museum, or
another activity, the children will be happily entertained. For a mutually agreeable day and time.

611 Make Meaning In May
Get creative with KB! Four students will accompany CGPS teachers Naomi Randolph, Jenna
Silverman, and Natalie Kirch (KB) to a class at Make Meaning. The children and teachers will
choose an activity from popular medium like glass, ceramics, paper, soap, candles and more,
and will create a beautiful product that is easy to make and FUN! For a mutually agreeable
weekday after school in May 2012.

612 Sleepless In KC
KC teachers Betsy Lewittes and Jessica Correri will host an after school “sleepover party” in
KC for four students! The children will do all of the things that they often do at a sleepover:
watch a movie, eat sundaes, do a craft project, and wear PJ’s. Everything but sleep over! For
a mutually agreeable weekday during the school year.
