In addition to administrators, teachers, and support staff, the school campaigns also include funds raised by local students at their respective schools. Last year, more than 16,000 South Hampton Roads City and School System employees contributed more than 1.6 million dollars to local charities. In addition, more than $140,000 was raised by local students.
