INFORME ESPECIAL CENTROS DE MECANIZADO
Centros de
mecanizado
en marcha
Ciertas mejoras relacionadas
en los centros de mecanizado
pueden representarse por
completo en los números que
aparecen en la hoja de
especificaciones. Una máquina
en particular puede tener una
velocidad de husillo más alta,
una mayor tasa de avance,
un tiempo de cambio de
herramienta más corto y, o, una
especificación de repetibilidad
más estrecha. Pero hay otras
mejoras potenciales que no
pueden capturarse con un
número y, a pesar de su
importancia, para el usuario
correcto estas mejoras pueden
ser drásticas. Muchas de las
mejoras menos cuantificables
tienen que ver con mover la
máquina-herramienta de una
forma mejor o más eficiente.
“Centros de mecanizado en
marcha” es el tema de los
cuatro artículos de este informe
especial. Cada uno describe una
idea o una tecnología enfocada
al movimiento más efectivo de
un centro de mecanizado. Dos
de los artículos tienen que ver
con tecnología de control y otro
con diseño de máquina; cada
uno de estos artículos cubre
características o conceptos
relativamente nuevos.
a 8 piezas).
INSTANT RESEARCH
Customized Market Surveys
From Branding to Market-Share to Buying Intention surveys, INSTANT RESEARCH can help you better
understand the Latin American markets, while helping you identify companies ready to buy your solutions.
Product Description
Mechanics:
INSTANT RESEARCH is composed of two elements: the
Survey Instrument and the Target Audience.
Survey Instrument & Findings Report:
You can supply your own survey or you can work with our
Editorial-Marketing departments to develop the right instrument
for your company. The survey instrument accepts single
or multiple-choice questions. Open-ended questions are also
available, but nor recommended, as tabulation is not offered
for such questions. A Findings Report refl ecting the results
for each question will be generated at the end of the survey.
Target Audience:
You will identify the target audience using the circulation demographic
breakdown provided by the BPA Worldwide audit
statement, via any combination of the following criteria:
■ Industry niche based on the company activity
■ Geographical location based on country, state or city
■ Company size based on the number of employees
Survey Instrument:
Once the survey instrument is approved by the client, it will be
uploaded on the system and tested prior to implementation.
Fieldwork:
An email letter stating the objective of the survey and including
a link to the online survey instrument will be sent to
the selected target audience, inviting them to participate.
The email letter can be sent two ways:
■
■
Anonymously: When clients do not wish to be identifi ed
by participants, the email letter will be co-written by the
Client and the Editor. The Editor will sign the letter giving
participants the impression the survey is being conducted
by B2Bportales. The email will be delivered by the
Circulation Department.
Non-Anonymously: When clients want participants to
know who is conducting the survey, they will write the
content of the email and sign it. The email will be
delivered by our Circulation Department.
Survey set up and Findings
Report: US $1,500 net
Fieldwork:
US $6 net per response
Data Tabulation and Findings Report:
After a minimum of 2-weeks following the delivery of the
email letter, the number of responses will be tabulated for
the client to decide whether the number is suffi cient or if a
second invitation email letter is warranted. B2Bportales will
allow one FREE second invitation email letter delivery, should
the response rate be fewer than 5% of the selected target
audience.
The Findings Report will be generated and handed to the
client no more than 10-working days after the survey is
taken off line.
Selective Follow-Up Alternatives:
Based on the FINDINGS REPORT, clients can follow-up on
the various groups identifi ed via our one-to-one communications
tools: Email blasts, Personalized Info-Letters,
Personalized Covers, Inserts and/or Telemarketing Services.
Please note the contact information from the survey
participants will not be released to clients as this data is
part of our protected database. B2Bportales, via its
follow-up direct marketing tools, will facilitate direct contact
between identifi ed prospects and the advertiser.
Survey Response Incentives & Sample Quality
Control:
It is recommended to offer raffl es or gifts as a way to motivate
survey participation in the cases where a higher than
5% response rate is required. B2Bportales suggests using
incentives of exclusive interest to industry professionals,
such as trips to trade shows, trips to training centers, etc.
Please note that all surveys require participants to validate
their identity via their unique Subscriber ID, thus all records
lacking the ID or records duplicated to increase the odds of
winning a raffl e, will be deleted from the sample.
The price is broken down between the two major components
of the product:
Special conditions:
Surveys requiring Editorial/Marketing departments support:
+20% mark-up on the Survey Set-Up and Findings Report
fee.
Only surveys of 10 or less questions will be accepted, with
the sole intention of improving response rate.
Surveys that do not reach a 5% response rate from the
selected target audience will receive an additional FREE
email invitation.
Clients who obtain a higher than 5% response rate who
wish to increase the response rate, via a second invitation
email letter, must pay the value of an email blast as listed in
the offi cial publication rate card.
