Cassio Rivetti. <strong>The</strong> pair was faultless in both<br />

rounds.<br />

Tonka (VA)<br />

Astrid Wulschner rode Tonka by Tinka’s Boy/<br />

Landor S (breeder: Ulrike Heuke-Kucharzek,<br />

Minden) in <strong>the</strong> Youngster Cup on <strong>the</strong> first<br />

weekend in Gera and placed fifth in an introductory<br />

class.<br />

Francisco Caba from Spain rode Wyona Sun<br />

by Wolkenstein II/Servus (breeder: Andrea<br />

Homburg, Gnarrenburg) into forth place in a<br />

two-phase jumper class for juniors in Hagen.<br />

xx (breeder: Friedrich Butt, Buelkau)<br />

and rider Ingrid Klimke were members of <strong>the</strong><br />

victorious German Nation Prize-team in Aachen.<br />

Clever & Smart<br />

We witnessed top competition at <strong>the</strong> CIC**<br />

in Holzerode. Clever & Smart by Colway Bold<br />

xx/Donnerhall (breeder: Robert Böttcher, Jesteburg)<br />

and rider Andreas Brandt won this<br />

competition with an advantage of five points.<br />

Entebbe de Hus (VA)<br />

Entebbe de Hus by Embassy/Carbid (breeder:<br />

Horst and Jeannine Petersen, Salzhausen) left<br />

<strong>the</strong> stallion market as an approved sir and<br />

went to France. <strong>The</strong> seven-year old won his<br />

first 2*-competition with rider Karim Florent<br />

Laghouag in Arville/France.<br />

Eskadia<br />

Eskadia by Escudo/Groom Dancer xx (breeder:<br />

Ulrike Sybrecht, Isernhagen) participated<br />

in her first 2*-competition in Holzerode. Andreas<br />

Dibowski rode <strong>the</strong> seven-year old into<br />

forth place.<br />

Underdiscussion<br />

O<strong>the</strong>rs stood in <strong>the</strong> limelight at <strong>the</strong> CHIO in<br />

Aachen. Underdiscussion by Lanthan/Mighty<br />

Kingdom xx (breeder: Cheryl O’Brien, Australia)<br />

and rider Christopher Burton were <strong>the</strong><br />

winners of <strong>the</strong> CIC***after dressage, jumping<br />

and cross-country.<br />

Light my fire (VA)<br />

Judith Sommer rode Light my fire by Likoto<br />

xx/Weltmeyer (breeder: Kathrin Wassmann,<br />

Badbergen) into forth position at <strong>the</strong> CCI* in<br />

Holzerode.n<br />

Eventing<br />

<strong>Hanoverian</strong>s in<br />

Luhmühlen<br />

World and European champion Michael Jung<br />

was victorious in Luhmühlen. He won <strong>the</strong><br />

CCI**** with Leopin FST. FRH Butts Avedon<br />

by Heraldik xx/Kronenkranich (breeder: Fritz<br />

Butt, Bülkau) had his debut at a 4 star-competition.<br />

“It was a great experience with a<br />

phenomenal horse,” Andreas Dibowski said<br />

overjoyed. Andrew Hoy was in second place<br />

after a good dressage test and a flawless<br />

cross-country ride and before stadium with<br />

Ru<strong>the</strong>rglen by Ramires/Roncalli xx (breeder:<br />

Gerhard Oestermann, Lübbecke). <strong>The</strong> pair finished<br />

<strong>the</strong> event in sixth place after three<br />

rails and time faults on <strong>the</strong> stadium course.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Hessian horse St. Daniel by Star Regent<br />

xx/Der Clou (breeder: Gita Zühlsdorf, Mühlheim)<br />

finished in 15th position with rider Megan<br />

Heath from New Zealand.<br />

FRH Butts Abraxxas by Heraldik xx/Kronenkranich<br />

(breeder: Friedrich Butt, Bülkau) was<br />

<strong>the</strong> best <strong>Hanoverian</strong> in <strong>the</strong> CIC*** placing<br />
