Whatever your association’s need is we have it in our portfolio. We receive and record your new member
application, send welcome letters, maintain the membership directories, process dues payments and
report on membership status and development. Dekon AMC also develops and constantly updates your
membership database. We establish your educational programs, maintain your calendar of seminars and

track all associated communication and manage their events, by offering solutions like online and onsite
registration, online accommodation booking and abstract management. XPECT is also able to manage sales
and marketing campaigns as well as to monitor them by assigning tasks and sending reminders to team

IAPCO members.
Several years ago we added Protocol Services to our portfolio to serve the needs of State Institutions,
Inter-Governmental Organizations, NGOs and Occupational Associations.
BUSINESS CONDUCT AND SIGNIFICANCE IN NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS
While we already showcased the significance of our experience with international event planning, we
would like to give you some facts about the business we conduct on an annual base. As of 2010 we
annually handle an average of 50 meetings in all sizes, welcome up to 26.000 meeting participants with
a volume of 18 Mio Euros. Out of the 26.000 participants around 20.000 book an average of 3.5 room
nights with us, what results in about 70.000 hotel nights in about 70 different hotels we work with. Each
meeting we handle has an average of two outside events, so we handle about 1.600 coach transports;
and with normally three parallel sessions per meeting we run about 350 – 400 parallel sessions every
year. Our AV Budget is annually 2.7 Mio Euros and for conference catering and social events 4.2 Mio
Euros are spent. Besides the normal meeting participant we take care of about 800 invited speakers and
VIPs from their flight booking till their departure after the meeting. Our protocol and governmental
affairs department welcomes up to 60 Heads of State, 80 Prime Ministers and 300 Ministers during an
average of ten protocol meetings they carry out annually.
All above mentioned activities give us a significant buying and negotiating power with our vendors,
clearly an advantage for our clients who also benefit from this.
