Supplying the best preinsulated pipe systems 

takes a lot of experience, detailed product knowledge, 

and the desire to be the best every time. 

At Isoplus we also do our best to look after our 

employees and to make sure they take a longterm 

approach. In early 2008 we moved into our 

brand new headquarters on Korsholm Alle in 

Middelfart. We now have plenty of room for manoeuvre, 

literally as well as figuratively. There are 

bright, welcoming rooms for our employees, a 

large warehouse for our wide range of products, 

training facilities for our customers and, importantly, 

room to grow in the future.

The Isoplus group is made up of a number of separate 

manufacturing and sales companies throughout Europe. 

The Isoplus group has more than 30 years of experience 

in the manufacture of preinsulated pipe systems, and employs 

over 1,000 people. 

Every year, the Isoplus group delivers thousands of kilometres 

of preinsulated pipes in sizes ranging from DN 20 all the 

way up to DN 1200. The product range includes preinsulated 

pipe systems for district heating, district cooling and 

steam, and pipe systems for industrial use. 

Our six factories are sited in Europe close to our markets in 

strategic locations, guaranteeing maximum flexibility and 

reliable deliveries. 

At Isoplus much of our energy is focused on innovative 

product development to keep pace with market requirements, 

using the latest technology. We have recently 

boosted the capacity of our high-tech continuous production 

lines, where we make preinsulated pipes with gas 

diffusion barrier. The gas diffusion barrier keeps heat losses 

low throughout the service life of the pipe.

assembly and setting up alarm systems. At the Isoplus College 

we also certify outside installers so they are qualified 

to install Isoplus products. The training includes theoretical 

as well as practical components. The use of certified 

installers is one way we maximise the service life of the 

pipe system and avoid shutdowns.

Steel pipe 

From Ø26.9 – Ø1200 in different 

insulation classes, in lengths of 

6,12 and 16 metres. Dimensions 

up to 355 mm diameter casing 

are supplied from the continuous 

production line with gas diffusion 

barrier. Double pipes are supplied 

up to Ø219.1. 

Flex pipes 

Supplied with steel, copper, pex or 

Alupex carrier pipes. Single pipes 

and double pipes. Flexible pipes 

are supplied with gas diffusion 

barrier. 

Joints 

Isoplus supplies all joint types: 

welding joints, cross-linked joints 

and PE shrink joints. All joints can 

be pressure tested and supplied for 

foam or shell insulation.

Comprehensive product range 

Isoplus’s product range includes all the components 

necessary in order to supply complete preinsulated pipe 

systems. With such a wide range of products we can 

always put together effective and competitive solutions 

for jobs of all sizes. 

Isoplus factories manufacture preinsulated steel pipes 

for transmission pipelines and distribution networks, and 

flexible pipe systems that are suitable for branch pipes 

and small distribution networks. The flexible pipes are 

supplied with pex, alupex, steel or copper carrier pipes. 

All pipe systems are supplied with a comprehensive 

range of fittings. 

Installation fittings 

Isoplus supplies a wide range of installation 

fittings, e.g. flexible joints 

for angular displacement. We also 

supply installation branches. 

Isoplus pipe systems can be supplied as single and 

double pipes, in up to three insulation classes. Flexible 

pipes and steel pipes up to DN 200 are supplied from the 

continuous production line with gas diffusion barrier, 

delivering low heat losses and minimising running costs. 

We supply our preinsulated steel pipes with integrated 

alarm wires. The alarm systems are provided as fault localizer, 

detectors or measuring circuit systems. Whatever 

system you choose, the alarm system is an important 

guarantee of quality in the installation and operational 

phases.

branches, anchors, etc. 

Valves 

Available for single pipes and 

double pipes, with and without 

venting and draining. Isoplus also 

supplies valves equipped with 

gears and actuators.

Documentation 

on all materials... 

On request, Isoplus can provide system documentation 

for all materials we supply, and we can create the 

relevant pipe and alarm drawings for inclusion in the 

overall project documentation. 

This documentation is subject to ongoing quality assurance 

by the Isoplus group, helping to ensure that the district 

heating system will be trouble-free for many decades. 

• System, material and functional descriptions. 

• Technical data and dimensions. 

• Factory and quality certificates. 

• General plan with pipe statics calculations. 

• Alarm system, including functional description, 

instructions, commissioning, acceptance report and 

alarm drawing. 

• Installation instructions for transport, storage, earth 

moving and contractor’s work, and insulation and 

joint work. 

• Welding joint documentation. 

A project solution from Isoplus is always accompanied by 

detailed documentation. This creates clarity and peace of 

mind in the decision making process.

Quality certification 

When we say we have a firm grip on quality, we have the 

documentation to prove it – in a number of international 

certification systems. Our quality assurance system is ISO 

9001 certified, which ensures that we always meet the 

quality requirements expected of a modern company. 

In addition, our products are certified under the EHP’s 

guidelines, which require all products to be manufactured 

in accordance with European CEN standards

The EHP certification, like the ISO 9001 certification, is 

inspected regularly by an independent external auditor.
