Zeiss Individual SV lenses revolutionize the single vision lens category, improving visual performance and practice success.
Using proprietary technology, Zeiss Individual SV can be fully personalized to each patient’s prescription, frame wrap,
vertex and pantoscopic tilt to deliver breakthrough visual acuity.
Because standard and even aspheric single vision lenses are designed to cover many prescriptions with a few base curves,
they can’t precisely match most patient’s vision needs. Nor can they account for the exact way each patient’s lenses are
fit and worn. This can cause power errors of up to 0.75D away from optical center – the equivalent of going from 20/20
to 20/40 or worse.

may be compromised by the fitted lens’s tilt and
placement. That’s because each patient’s face is unique –

Zeiss Individual SV allows you to incorporate how
lenses are actually worn into the design of the lens.
Personalized measurements include monocular PD,
pantoscopic tilt, vertex distance and frame wrap angle.
By compensating for these personal factors, Zeiss
Individual SV ensures maximum central visual acuity plus
fields of view that are wide, comfortable and symmetric.

The ZEISS proof of personalization can be seen
not only in the performance and accuracy of our
technology, but in the actual lens itself.
Each lens bears a small yet unmistakable laser
micro-etching that you can customize for every
patient’s name or initials, with up to 3 letters. In
addition, a premium after-sale kit is provided with
every pair.
