This excellent Psalm in the Dead Sea Scrolls version has each verse followed by the following refrain “Blessed
be YHWH, and blessed be His Name forever and ever.” This Psalm was obviously used as a liturgical that was read
responsively, or sung in the same manner. In the DSS, the Psalm ends with the unusual subscript “This is for a
memorial.” So either the Set-Apart Spirit dedicated this refrain to YHWH’s eternal and only memorial Name among
His people, or it was later modified, used and dedicated as such for Yisrael.

YHWH, and has most often been associated with the motherly care of YHWH known as the Set-Apart Spirit, the
gentle “mothering care” of Father YHWH.
