iFit Group Fitness - Ages 13 & up Director: Dany Weil ext. 164 or info@ifit-groupfitness.com IFit is the latest trend in exercise and fitness and includes Spinning, TRX, Pilates, Hot Yoga, and MixFit. Classes are great for all levels - build strength, flexibility, core stability, and endurance. Advance class registration is required. Includes bottled water and towel service. Spinning- A personalized workout, incredible calorie burn, and personal challenge-all at a self-directed pace. TRX- TRX Suspension Training is a method of functional training that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, highly portable, performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. MIXFIT- Takes you through the basics of exercises and prepare you for better results. You will have a better grasp of the movements and proper substitutions for exercises that suit your specific needs. Pilates - Train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture, and optimal health. Hot Yoga - Heat is used as a tool to enhance your connection to your body-mind by increasing your flexibility, releasing toxins and impurities, building endurance, and connecting to your breath. Barre - Combines Ballet Bar routines including more sculpting exercisees and greater emphasis on core principles. Combines free-weight and body-weight exercises, along with moves to elongate the muscles. A combination of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, and Fitness - all non-impact.
