we’ll need your account number as well as the expiration date on the card <strong>and</strong> your signature. We’ll also bill<br />
(net 30) if you have a credit-approved account or represent a firm, school or government agency with a<br />
satisfactory rating from D&B. Please include your purchase order number if applicable. No COD’s. Residents<br />
of CA, FL, OH, NC, NJ & SD, please remember to add State Sales Tax to your order, unless you provide<br />
certification of sales tax exemption. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returned items. All returns must be<br />
made within 30 days. Goods shall not be returned without <strong>Enabling</strong> <strong>Technologies</strong> prior authorization.

All embossers come with an automatic one-year warranty on parts <strong>and</strong> labor (except for the BraillePlace <strong>and</strong><br />
the PED-30 Plate Embossing Device). For customers in the continental USA, we offer free telephone support at<br />
(800) 777 3687 or you may send us an email at support@brailler.com.<br />
After one year, annual Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA) are available so you can enjoy the security of<br />
continued factory service on your embosser. We offer three levels of maintenance agreements; Silver Level,<br />
Gold Level <strong>and</strong> Platinum Level. <strong>Prices</strong> for the Silver Level are as follows. For additional information or prices<br />
